Good News Hefei Huasheng Pumps & Valves Co., Ltd. achieves another outstanding result! The ebullating pump of the fluidized bed residue oil hydrogenation unit was successfully started up at one-time.     Recently, Hefei Huasheng Pumps & Valves Co., Ltd. has brought good news once again! The two ebullating pumps P-104 and P-105, which were specially designed by our company for Fuhaichuang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. for a 1.5 million tons/year fluidized bed residue oil hydrogenation unit, have undergone one month of installation and commissioning, and finally achieved a successful one-time start-up! All performance indicators have met the design standards, earning high praise from the customers and laying a solid foundation for the future deepening of cooperation between both parties.   Strict Requirements for Core Equipment The ebullating pump is the "heart" of the 1.5 million tons/year fluidized bed residue oil hydrogenation unit and is a core equipment. During the installation and commissioning process, the service team, with their technical skills and rigorous attitude, precisely set and repeatedly checked the parameters of the equipment.
